At the core of each Block is Burst Chunking, a practice similar to speed bursts but with a crucial nuance. In Burst Chunking, you isolate a specific mechanic into the smallest possible chunk and drill it with speed. Every Block in B3 is written with this concept in mind to ensure that you develop the speed required for the target song.

All Blocks come in three levels: Breezy, Brisk, and Blaze. They’re designed to break down tough techniques into manageable steps, letting you build accuracy and control first, then gradually add speed and musicality. By the time you reach the Blaze level, you’ll find the song you’re trying to learn becomes much easier!
Dual-angle camera playthroughs featuring on-screen tabs to help you learn the Block and the mechanic you need to play your favorite song.
Every Block contains fully arranged short songs and backing tracks that incorporate the target mechanics, providing a musical context for your repetition.

B3 Guitar Method is a technique-building system designed for guitarists who want to learn by playing. The system replaces traditional lectures with Blocks, short guitar songs that drill the specific mechanics legendary guitarists use in their songs and solos.
My philosophy is that speed must be built from a micro-scale. It is what the guitar greats preached and it is what worked for me. I break apart challenging licks from famous solos and write new, short arrangements using those small chunks. This allows you to drill an isolated mechanic in a musical context so you can build your skills toward your favorite solos without even realizing it.
This method is proven through science, history, and experience. In the psychology of learning, chunking is one of the most effective ways to master a motor skill. Historically, classical guitarists have used a practicing method called Speed Bursts for decades, possibly centuries. In my personal experience, and through the success of my students, I have seen this work time and time again. Therefore I am very confident in the efficacy of this approach.
Technique is a motor skill, and motor skills only improve through repetition over time. Traditional lesson structures or curriculums do not really work well for this. Instead, what I offer with B3 is the Complete Roadmap to SHRED. This is a 5-step and 5-exercise system specifically designed to help you build speed from the ground up.
You do not need hours and hours of lectures. You need years of repetitions. My aim with B3 is to provide the volume of playing material you need to keep practicing. No amount of me yapping will help your technique improve.
When you join B3 Guitar Method, you will be invited to the Discord server. That is where you can ask your questions. I frequently record short video responses because many technique questions cannot be answered through text alone.
In the future, I will organize regular group meetings so players can learn as a community. I do not take the role of a teacher, but rather a mentor or a guide. I expect to learn from you just as much as you learn from me!
Yes! Each Block in B3 Guitar Method is divided into three difficulty levels. The easiest level, Breezy, is designed to let beginners ease into the picking patterns and mechanics. Brisk, the middle level, is designed to be slightly easier than the target song. The hardest level is Blaze, which is written to push your limits by overshooting the difficulty of the original song.
